Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and enjoyable when shopping. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, exchanges or returns will be given up to 30 days from the product was received.

Return & Exchange Instructions

All returns must be returned in unused, unworn and resellable condition.

The item must be returned with its original packing.

Products that are used or damaged, including scuffs, smudges, scratches do not qualify and will be sent back to you at your expense. We do not provide prepaid shipping for this item.

We do not offer refunds on any sale items.

Custom and solid gold items are not returnable, due to the fact that each piece is made to order.

All CAD design purchases are not refundable. If you decide not to make your product and the purchase is final and your deposit will not be returned.

All enamels, 925s and moissanite itemgrillz itemall made-to-order itemall watches are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements.

Note

Shipping fees are not refundable.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refunds. There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.

We will provide domestic prepaid return labels only in the event that we have made a mistake. Example: If we were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry.

Packages shipped within the United States that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

Customers are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us, even if you refuse the shipment. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

All items will be sent into production 180 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 20% material and processing fee.

For broken or defective items, customers must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving their order.

If you want to exchange within the return window for a different size or style, you can return the item for store credit and place a new order for the size or style that you desire.

If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect after your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time exchange of the piece —— free of charge. This warranty is invalid under any user damage issues (tarnish, scratches, accidental breakage, water damage).

In the unlikely event of additional damage to your item, we charge 50% repair fee of the full value paid.

Once a return is approved, customers have 5 days to send back their purchase. Returns postmarked after 5 days will be refused and sent back at the customers expense.

Please allow up to 5 business days after your exchange has been processed for your item(s) to ship (exclusions apply for items on back-order).

Please contact our email for return confirmation and return address. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

When returning items, customers must return with trackable tracking. Returns with no tracking will not be processed.

Refunds

Refunds will processed within 7 business days upon the receipt of returned package. The refund can only be issued through the original payment method or in the form of our store credit as you selected.
